Our apartments are designed for independent stays, with the convenience of your own living space and apartment facilities. We aim to provide a comfortable and relaxed experience throughout your time with us.
As Islington at Central Apartments offers self-contained accommodation, your apartment is supplied with an initial selection of complimentary amenities. Additional servicing and amenities can be arranged through Reception and may incur an additional charge. Guests staying more than seven nights receive a full service after the first seven days.

Check-In
Check-in time is from 2.00pm.
Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please complete the online check-in process sent to you prior to your arrival. This will speed up your check-in on arrival and help ensure trouble-free access if you are arriving outside Reception hours.
Guests are required to provide photo identification and a valid credit card at check-in. A pre-authorisation hold is also required.
Check-Out
Check-out time is before 10.00am.
Please return your keys to Reception on departure. If Reception is unattended, labelled key drop boxes are located inside the complex gate at Reception and on the right-hand side wall as you leave the car park.
Please ensure your apartment is left clean and tidy, excess rubbish is disposed of and used cutlery, crockery and glassware are placed in the dishwasher.
Apartments left in an unreasonably dirty condition may incur an additional cleaning charge.
Lost or unreturned keys may incur a replacement fee. If you lock yourself out of your apartment outside Reception hours and require assistance, an after-hours call-out fee may apply.
Safety, Security & Privacy
For your safety and security, please ensure your apartment door, windows and balcony doors are securely locked overnight and whenever the apartment is left unattended.
Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of personal belongings or valuables.
Parking
Parking at Islington at Central is allocated, with a designated parking space assigned to your apartment. Please ensure you park only in your allocated space.
Entry to the car park is via the large roller door located to the left of the hairdresser at the front of the building. Use the remote attached to your room keys to open the roller door.
Please ensure you have your remote with you when accessing or removing your vehicle from the car park.
Lost Property
Management accepts no responsibility or liability for lost items or belongings left in an apartment following departure.
If you believe you have left something behind, please contact Reception as soon as possible.
Wi-Fi
We offer all guests free and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Connect to the Property Vine Guest Wi-Fi network. When the portal page loads, enter your surname and room number to connect.
If you experience any issues connecting or lose internet access, please call Delion Support on 1300 576 369 for assistance.
Pre-Authorisation / Security Bond
A pre-authorisation hold is required at check-in.
A pre-authorisation temporarily holds an amount on your credit card as security during your stay. This is not a charge, however the amount may temporarily appear as pending or unavailable.
The pre-authorisation will generally disappear from your account within approximately 7–10 business days.
Smoking
Islington at Central is a non-smoking complex.
Smoking is not permitted inside the complex in accordance with Body Corporate by-laws. Smoking detected within an apartment may result in an additional cleaning fee.
No Party Policy
Islington at Central has a strict No Party Policy.
Please be considerate of other guests and residents and keep noise to a minimum. Failure to comply with the No Party Policy may result in eviction from the premises and additional charges.
Body Corporate By-Laws
Islington at Central operates under a Body Corporate structure. By-laws are in place for the comfort, safety and enjoyment of guests and residents and must be adhered to at all times.
These include:
- No parties or disorderly behaviour
- Noise must be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb other guests or residents
- No glass in or around the pool area
- Washing or linen must not be displayed on balconies
- Children and visitors must be appropriately supervised
- Smoking is not permitted within the complex
- Only service animals are permitted
Housekeeping
Islington at Central offers self-contained accommodation. Your apartment is supplied with an initial selection of complimentary items including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toilet paper and a starter supply of dishwashing and laundry detergent.
Linen and towels are supplied in your apartment for registered guests.
Apartment Servicing
Guests staying more than seven nights receive a full apartment service after the first seven days.
Additional housekeeping services or amenities can be arranged through Reception at an additional cost.
Washing Machine & Dryer
Your apartment is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience.
When using the dryer, please ensure the laundry ventilation is operating and the laundry doors remain open. This helps prevent overheating and the activation of the fire alarm.
Breakages & Damages
Guests are responsible for any breakages or damage caused during their stay and additional charges may apply.
Please report any breakages, damage or maintenance issues to Reception as soon as possible so our team can arrange assistance.

Airport/Buses
Townsville Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive from Islington at Central Apartments.
Route 222 operated by Translink provides a direct connection between Townsville Airport and the Townsville City Bus Hub Stop B. The service runs every hour from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week, except on Good Friday and Christmas Day. The bus stops at the airport terminal, making it convenient for travellers to catch flights or return to the city.
Single fare: 50 cents each way. Tickets can be purchased on board or via the Translink app
The service connects with the wider Townsville bus network at the city hub, allowing easy transfers to other routes
Townsville City Bus Hub Stop B is located at 1 Ogden Street, Townsville and is a 4 minute bus ride on Routes 200, 201, and 203 from the bus stop opposite the apartments or 12 minute walk.

Car parking at Islington at Central is allocated, with a designated parking space assigned to your apartment. Please ensure you park only in your allocated space.
To access the car park, enter via the large roller door located to the left of the hairdresser at the front of the building. Use the remote attached to your room keys to open the roller door.
Please ensure you have your remote with you when entering or leaving the car park.
When departing, use your fob in the elevator to access the car park. The car park door will open automatically as you drive over the sensor.

Complimentary Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. Simply select Property Vine Guest from the available Wi-Fi networks. You will be redirected to the login portal where you can enter your surname and room number to connect.
